1.1 Data Controller. NoventraDigitalLab, registered at Rua da Bombarda 23, 1.º Dt., 1100-097 Lisboa, Portugal, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.

1.2 Data We Collect. We collect personal identification information (name, email address, phone number) only when voluntarily submitted by users through our contact form or direct communication. We also collect non-personal data (browser type, IP address, pages visited) through standard analytics tools.

1.3 Purpose of Processing. Personal data is processed exclusively for: (a) responding to inquiries and providing requested services; (b) improving our website and user experience; (c) sending service-related communications; and (d) complying with legal obligations.

2.2 Service Scope. NoventraDigitalLab provides professional copywriting, content strategy, and related digital marketing services. All services are delivered as described in individual project proposals and statements of work.

2.3 Project Engagement. Projects begin upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Deliverables and timelines are outlined in the project proposal. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery schedules proportionally.

2.4 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all delivered content becomes the exclusive property of the client. NoventraDigitalLab retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.5 Revisions. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate communicated prior to commencement.

2.6 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

2.7 Limitation of Liability. NoventraDigitalLab's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

3.1 What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us recognize your device and remember certain information about your visit.

4.1 Deposit. The initial deposit paid to commence a project is non-refundable. This deposit secures your project slot in our schedule and covers initial research and strategy work.

4.2 Project Cancellation by Client. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Work is billed in proportion to the total project scope.

4.3 Project Cancellation by NoventraDigitalLab. In the rare event that we must cancel a project, a full refund of all payments received will be issued within 14 business days.

4.4 Dissatisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work after the agreed revision rounds have been completed, please notify us in writing within 14 days. We will review the matter and, at our discretion, may offer additional revisions or a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the project.

4.5 Force Majeure. NoventraDigitalLab shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, or pandemic-related disruptions.

4.6 Refund Process. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. The client will be notified via email upon processing.
